I have no data or sources to back this up … just a suspicion that data releases from PA seem strangely slow relative to pace the last 48 hours; and an inkling that if they could pick, the Dem party and Biden would rather have the excitement of a primetime announcement and speech.
Mid-day call of the race? Kind of anti-climatic and gives Trump a chance to own primetime.
Evening call and victory speech … big moment.
Again, I have nothing to verify or uphold any of the above and certainly, I’m praying that the votes trend to Biden in PA and I’m not getting ahead of myself. But that’s my hunch.
